We also use our expertise and many combined years of experience on Capitol Hill to assist clients through the legislative process by working
on appropriations issues and maintaining a proper role with legislators and their staffs from pertinent districts and states.
Many of our clients seek to do business with agencies of the federal government by furnishing those agencies with supplies and services or manufactured
goods. By providing advice in the solicitation and award phases of the federal procurement process, we are able to assist our clients in positioning
themselves for success. In addition to strategic counsel leading up to contract award, we provide continuing advice during the performance of federal
contracts in order that good business relationships may be maintained while the client meets its financial and business goals.
This strategic advice may also include appropriate involvement of the legislative branch when the occasion demands it.
